As of 5/21/14, all doctors performing DOT physicals must be certified through FMCSA. Dr. Charles has completed federal regulations qualifying him to perform DOT physicals.    He is listed on the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration list.  A list of certified doctors can be found at https://nationalregistry.fmcsa.dot.gov/NRPublicUI/home.seam and more information about becoming a commercial driver can be found at http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/
